  • Real Estate  We assist Buyers, Sellers and Lenders with both residential and commercial real estate transactions including reviewing, negotiating and preparing real estate agreements.  We act as a liaison between Real Estate Agents, Lenders, participating Attorneys and other involved parties to facilitate the transaction and to resolve any issues which may come up during the process. We can assist clients with 1031 tax exchanges and can help both seasoned investors and first time home buyers with their purchase. We can also help purchasers using private financing and can draft  loan documents for private financing. Additionally, we can help Buyers navigate the often confusing path to purchasing properties from the Government or properties held by major Banks through foreclosure. We have also helped clients with loan restructuring, refinances, recasting of loans and bond closings.

  • Probate Law  Our office can help you prepare for end of life planning which can alleviate any burden on those who you leave behind.  Our office can prepare your  will, trust, durable power of attorney and  health care proxy. If you have recently lost a loved one, we can guide you through the process of administering the estate or help with the appointment of a guardian or conservator.

  • Business Law  We assist clients in business entity formation such as Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies  and can provide you with other possibly required  documentation such as Confidentiality Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Non-Competition Agreements and  Executive Employment Agreements.
